At Occlar, we’re proud to offer free shipping on all orders — no minimums, no hidden fees.


Order Processing Time

Once your order is placed, please allow 1–3 business days for processing.
Your order is considered shipped once it has been handed off to our shipping carrier and is in transit to your address.

During peak seasons or holidays, processing times may extend up to 7 business days.


Estimated Delivery Time

Delivery times begin after your order has been dispatched and may vary based on location and carrier performance.

Please note that carrier delays, customs inspections, or holidays may occasionally impact transit times and tracking updates. These factors are outside of our control, but we’ll always do our best to assist.


Order Changes & Address Accuracy

Please ensure all shipping details are accurate and complete at checkout.

If you notice an error, contact us at hello@occlar.com within 24 hours of placing your order. While we’ll do our best to help, changes cannot be guaranteed once an order enters processing.

If our system detects an address issue, our support team may reach out by email for verification. If we do not receive a response within 3 business days, we reserve the right to cancel the order.


Delayed Delivery

We understand how important timely delivery is and work hard to ship orders as quickly as possible. However, delays can occasionally occur due to factors beyond our control, such as:

  • Carrier disruptions or weather conditions

  • Customs processing

  • Address verification or payment issues

If your order is affected, we’ll notify you as soon as possible and keep you informed every step of the way.


Lost or Stolen Packages

Once your order has been handed off to the shipping carrier, responsibility for delivery rests with them.

If your package is lost or marked as delivered but not received, please contact us at hello@occlar.com and we’ll assist you in working with the carrier. You may also be asked to file a claim directly with the courier.

While Occlar is not responsible for lost or stolen packages, we’ll always do our best to help resolve the situation and may offer a replacement depending on the circumstances.
