Return & Refund Policy

At Occlar, our mission is to help reduce digital eye strain and make screen time more comfortable. We stand behind the quality and effectiveness of our eyewear and encourage you to use your product for at least 14 days to fully experience the benefits.

If you’re not satisfied for any reason after this period, you’re covered by our 60-Day Money-Back Guarantee. Simply contact us at hello@occlar.com, and we’ll be happy to assist you.


Order Cancellations

Orders may be changed or cancelled within 24 hours of being placed. After this window, your order may already be in processing and cannot be modified.

If your cancellation request is approved within 24 hours, refunds are processed within 7 business days.


60-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We believe in Occlar™ and ask that you try your eyewear for a minimum of 14 days before requesting a return. If you’re still not satisfied, you may return your order anytime within 60 days of delivery.

Please note:

  • Shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable

  • Returned items must be approved by our support team before being sent back

Damaged Items

We carefully package every order, but if your item arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 72 hours of delivery.

To report damage, email hello@occlar.com with:

  • Your order number

  • A clear photo showing the damage

We’ll assess the issue and arrange a free replacement if eligible. Damage caused by normal wear, misuse, or improper handling is not covered.


Shipping & Delivery

While we aim to deliver orders promptly, Occlar is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or other factors beyond our control.

Once an order is shipped, delivery issues (lost, stolen, or delayed packages) must be addressed directly with the courier.


Incorrect Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping information is correct at checkout. If an incorrect address is entered and we are not notified within 24 hours, we cannot offer a resend or refund.
